You must be at least 21 years old to reserve a room. Photo ID will be required at check in. Please note that 14 days notice is required for all cancellations in order to receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs within the 14 day period prior to your scheduled arrival date; no refund if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your arrival time. There are no refunds for early departures. The current lodging and state tax rate is 10%.
You will be provided with 2 keys upon check in. In the event of loss of keys, there will be a $30 replacement fee assessed. To assure that expectations are met regarding loss or damage, a credit card will be required to confirm your reservation regardless of your method of payment.
For the comfort of our guests and the protection of this historic home built in 1870, smoking and candles of any type are not allowed anywhere on the property - no exceptions.
If there are any special food restrictions, allergies or requests that we need to be made aware of, please inform us at the time of your booking. This will enable us to efficiently plan our menu and shop in anticipation of your stay.
For the protection and enjoyment of all of our guests, we kindly request that you observe our 'quiet hours' between 9 pm and 9 am. Please remove shoes when walking up stairs and in hallways during quiet hours.
In the event that there is any damage sustained to our property and/or furnishings during your stay, or if after you check out there are items missing from your room, you will be assessed a replacement fee based on the damage or loss. To assure that expectations are met regarding loss or damage, a credit card will be required to confirm your reservation regardless of your method of payment.
